Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
